INFORMATION FOR APPLICANTS

 

  • The 18th edition of Maciej Paderewski Warsaw International Master Courses will be held from 3rd until 11th August 2024 at the Rest House for Artists - Palace in Radziejowice, Sienkiewicza St. No 4 (45 km from Warsaw near the S8 route towards Katowice).
  • The following groups are eligible: students and graduates of music academies, music school students and music teachers.
  • Underage students must be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for their safety during the Course. The Course Organizer does not provide care for minors,
  • Participants are offered a series of four 45-minute lessons with a teacher of their choice. The concerts of the best participants (qualified by professors) will be held during the Courses. 
  • Organizers arrange cooperation with accompanists for active participants who will pay an adequate fee (details follow) and send a sheet music for the accompanist, within 14 days from the date of receiving the qualifying notification.
  • Participants are required to insure themselves against medical expenses and the consequences of accidents.

 

On August 6, we invite you to the Concert of Masters performed by Prof. Vadim Brodski (violin) and Prof. Bartłomiej Wezner (piano)..

 

 

APPLICATIONS

 

  • The following documents:
    - filled in application form
    - the signed statement regarding personal data
    - the signed statement of underage student assistance,
    - and the confirmation of registration fee payment,
    must be submitted to the Organizers by e-mail by 31 May 2024.
  • Documents should be sent as scanned files with handwritten signatures. Please note! It is the date of receipt that counts.
  • The Organizers will confirm if you have been approved as an active participant by 15 June 2024. Application forms submitted later will be considered only if vacancies remain. Information about vacancies will be published on the website.
  • The number of vacancies is limited. If there are more candidates than vacancies, the professor will choose participants according to information provided in the application form.
  • We will inform the participants about the dates/hours of classes (or the first meeting with Professor) at the end of July.

Booking Payment: Registration fee – 100 Euro

 

Registration fee is non-refundable.
Participants enrolled to courses led by different professors pay a single registration fee.

 

Payment for the course:

 

Solo Course - 240 Euro
Course with accompaniment - 380 Euro

 

Course fees must be transferred to the Organizers’ bank account no later than until 15 July 2024.

 

Note: Foreign students of Polish music schools are required to make payments according to the rates specified above.

Converstion rate for payments in Polish zloty should be made according to the current average exchange rate of the NBP (National Bank od Poland).
